Route 62 Diner in Eureka Springs

The onion strings are very worth it. The service was fast and friendly. The best part of our visit was watching the servers help an elderly couple in and making sure the couple was comfortable. It’s worth the drive for just the atmosphere.

The food is really good. Had to be somewhat rude to the waitress because she would not quit talking and telling us her life story.

If I could give this place a lower star rating, I would. I was poorly dissatisfied. When my daughter asks where something is on the menu, she gets a rude attitude from the waitress. She is only 11 and autistic. All my kids were telling me how they didn't like the way she treated their little sister. We showed up and placed our order with plenty of time to be able to make it to our tour on time, we thought. After everyone got their food, I was handed my plate, which didn't have any of the right food on it. Rude comments, interrupting our conversation, and making poor excuses with an attitude of; "I hate you and wish you would leave." When I finally got my right order, I couldn't even taste it because I ate it so quickly trying to leave. Overall, I will definitely NEVER be back, nor will I EVER recommend it to anyone I even remotely know.

This place was ok. The food was good, we enjoyed it. The atmosphere was ok, much like a pretent 60's era diner. Not super clean but definitely not dirty. The hostess was friendly but not smiley at all, at least not with me. She joked and smiled at some people but not. I think there was a preference for those who appeared to be either more cou try looking than me or more biker looking than me. Maybe I reminded her of someone she didn't like. Oh well, that happens and I wasn't put off by it, just noticed it. Our waitress was nice and they all worked hard as it got really busy about the time we finished up. Reasonable prices, pretty fast service and decent food. Not a bad experience at all.

Breakfast was so good and service was great. Couldn't believe how friendly the people were. They interacted with the customers laugh and tell funny stories. Highly recommend.

Went here during a rally and wow did I enjoy this place. Good home cooking. Great place

Food was good, wasn’t very expensive and the service was very good. My coffee cup was never left empty!

Walked in and barely got greeted by anyone. Our waitress was not nice, and only checked on us once the whole time. She didn't even fill our glasses the entire way. The kid at the register was playing a movie on her phone way too loud, I couldn't even hear the person next to me because of all of the noise. I heard her curse multiple times out loud and spent the entire time on her phone instead of helping customers or at least acknowledging them. I found bugs on our table as well. Definitely not a place we will return to.

Very fast service, good food and atmosphere. Decent prices. Philly was good nice and juicy. Chicken tenders were large. Would definitely come back again. Smaller in size, but staff was nice and friendly. We came after they close and they still let us in.

What a great place! The decor was awesome! The food prices are reasonable and filling!!! Our server, Nigel was great and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and fun!

Was not happy with the quality of food. They give you one slice of bacon for the bacon Turkey and swiss sandwich and a little bit of fries and a kids menu does not come with fries which makes absolutely no sense for the price you pay do not recommend

Ordered 2 egg breakfast with bacon & biscuit & gravy. AMAZING!!!! Everything cooked perfectly - hash browns were the best I've had in quite some time!! 5 stars from me!! If every in area will definitely stop in again!

Great Burgers, nice friendly folks!

Prices were good. Customer service was by far the best I've had in this town.The Good was home made. It was soooo good. If you want good food at a good price and a full stomach come here!

Wasn't very busy for being 5pm on Friday night (we were the only ones there). Waitress took quite a bit of time to come get our order. When the food finally came out, the side sale I had ordered was just a small handful of lettuce with s slice of onion and a few croutons, not even big enough for a kids salad. I was given a plate that 1/3 of it was empty ( small portions..., very small portions). The waitress waited for us to be done with our food before even checking on us. It's understandable why this place is up for sale.

Walked to this place in the rain our waitress brenda was awesome the food was great and good priced.

Horrible! I don't usually rate places, you should definitely avoid this one. Long story but must be shared. Tables were wiped down after we were sat down, with what smelled like a rag dunked in week old mop water with a splash of bleach. Had already ordered 7 root beer floats then decided, after a snotty waitresses remark we were leaving. Decided to be polite, got and paid for the drinks then left. They were nasty! My son finished his before most even started and is currently throwing up. Save your time and money. Don't go!

I had breakfast there and I like the place it's pretty clean fixed up like the 50s. Food was good price was about normal. I would definitely eat there again if I was in town.

Wow this place belongs in a time capsule! It is decorated like the 50s. Records hanging from the ceiling, sleeves from albums on the wall along with pictures of artists back then. Food is great and staff is outstanding! Worth stopping by!

A nice homey place to stop and get a bite to eat, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, prices were Fair

Great service and great burger. It was a tiny bit slow but very fresh. Also a paid a tiny bit more than expected but it was not unreasonable. Overall I would definitely go back.

Great fries... But thought my burger had way too much pepper. Also mozzarella sticks to die for! Best I ever had.

Very disappointing. The food was okay, but the staff was even worse. The waitress was listening in on our conversations and making snide remarks to us, even our kids asked what was wrong with her. We only wanted a couple of hamburgers and it took almost 40 minutes to even receive our food. Located where they are, I expected a much better experience. We will never go back, and tell everyone we know to avoid this place like the plague.

If I could give a rating worse than 1 star I would. This place is awful. The waitress is not attentive, and her attitude is less than desirable. She's rude. The food took a very long time to come out and the portions were beyond pitiful. I literally had 9 French fries on my plate. Small ones at that! DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your money!

Great food and friendly people some of the best burgers my husband and daughter have had they loved them and my daughter is still talking about how they was.

Very underwhelming food quality for the big price. Shakes tasted like chocolate milk with a scoop of ice cream plopped in. Food is nothing too special, again for the price it was not worth it.

Good 1/2 pound burgers. Made with real meat!! Nice friendly staff. Reasonable prices.

AS WE WALKED IN WE RECEIVED OUR DRINKS ONLY AND OTHERS HAVE RECEIVED THERE FOOD AND LEFT WE ORDERED OUR FOOD AT THE TIME OF DRINKS AND WAS 40 MINUTES AND We left and no one asked us anything , as we left out the door we were told to have a nice day, well sure did lot start our day right, we only ordered chili and a burger. Very poor service and no one seemed to care at all in would not ever go there if you paid me.!!!!!!!!

I eat here every time I go to Eureka Springs! Delicious food. Fun decorations. The employees can be hit or miss, but I've never had a huge issue with them.

I found this through Google Maps suggestion and I’m glad I did. Not a big place but very friendly and inviting, built and looks like a retro 50’s diner. I stopped in for breakfast and I was thoroughly happy with the service and food. The pancakes and biscuits and gravy were especially good. The prices are decent for what you get. I will definitely stop by again when I’m in town.

Great waitress, amazing food and good prices. My husband and I enjoyed everything about this place. Highly recommend the turkey bacon cheddar sandwich and the classic blt!!! The french fries were the best that I have ever had!!! We WILL be back :)

I've stopped at this little dinner every time I visit the area. Still friendly service with good food. Prices are fair and selections are very good. Considered a landmark for Eureka. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Food was okay, decent pricing for the location but overall not impressive. The atmosphere would have been nicer had our waitress not talked about personal matters the entire time we ate. Which was as quick as possible.
